Successfully Signed a Joint Venture Agreement with JIUYANG Environment

On the afternoon of February 18, 2019, the signing ceremony for the establishment of Lianyungang Jiuyang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., a joint venture between JIUWU HI-TECH, Fangyang Water, and Nangong Industry, was held in the conference room of the Lianyungang Xujing New District Management Committee.

Chairman of JIUWU HI-TECH,  CEO of JIUWU HI-TECH, Fangyang Group President, Chairman of Fang Yang Water, and Nangong Industry Executive Director and other leaders attended the signing ceremony and exchanged opinions about the future development of the joint venture company. The signing ceremony was hosted by general manager of Fangyang Water.

President of Fangyang Group indicated that Xujing New District is the pilot zone of the National East, Central and West Regional Cooperation Demonstration Zone approved by the State Council. The provincial party committee and the provincial government regard the development of Xujing New District as the focus of the future new coastal heavy chemical industry base.  With the chemical companies entering the market, it is expected that the demand for water treatment in the new district will rise sharply in 2022. It is hoped that the joint venture company will develop and grow with the help of the development of Xujing New District and realize the value of cooperation with each other.

Chairman of JIUWU HI-TECH showed that the joint venture company will further promote and improve the wastewater recycling technology of the industrial park and make it a good wish for the demonstration project of sewage treatment in the national industrial park.

Chairman of Fangyang Water expressed the spirit of professionalism, professional pursuit, ideological development and the future development of water treatment in industrial parks are the same. After the establishment of the joint venture company, all parties will work together and contribute to improving water use efficiency and reducing water treatment costs of Xujing New District on the basis of mutual benefit.

Finally, Chairman of JIUWU HI-TECH China Membrane Manufacturer, Chairman of Fangyang Water, and Executive Director of Nangong Industry, signed a joint venture agreement as a shareholder representative and officially started cooperation.

The signing of the joint venture company marks the construction of reclaimed water in the industrial park of Xujing New District in Lianyungang is about to enter a substantive stage. After the establishment of the joint venture company, it will undertake the business of demineralized water, reclaimed water and recycled cooling water in the park to improve the water use efficiency of Xujing New District, enhance environmental capacity, and promote the sustainable and stable development of related industries and regional economy in Xujing New District. It is of great significance to lay the foundation for the promotion of water treatment technology in industrial parks throughout the country.
