By the end of 2024, Jiuwu High-Tech, a leading domestic membrane separation technology company, successfully won the bid for the RO water treatment system project of a large oil processing enterprise. Facing the dual challenges of "tight schedule and limited on-site space" proposed by the customer, Jiangsu Jiuwu High-Tech leveraged the innovative application of high-loading ceramic membrane technology and skid-mounted modular design to create a rapid deployment, efficient water treatment solution, setting a new benchmark for green production in the oil industry.

Equipment Selection for High-Loading Ceramic Membrane Technology

In terms of technical equipment selection, Jiuwu adopted high-loading ceramic membrane technology. This technology utilizes the high contaminant-holding capacity and anti-fouling properties of high-loading ceramic membranes to achieve short-process filtration.

Compared to traditional high-loading sedimentation tanks + filtration + columnar ultrafiltration processes, the flux of high-loading ultrafiltration membranes can increase by more than 50% compared to traditional PVDF columnar ultrafiltration, while the effluent water quality is superior to traditional processes. Moreover, ceramic membranes in ceramic membrane technology have strong chemical stability and high anti-fouling ability, effectively ensuring the long-term stable operation of the system, providing reliable water quality assurance for the oil processing project.

To further adapt to the limited on-site space situation, Jiuwu innovatively adopted skid-mounted modular treatment equipment. These devices integrate multiple processing units into a single skid-mounted module, which is assembled and debugged at the factory, then directly transported to the project site for quick installation. This approach can save more than 50% of the occupied area, meeting the requirements of the tight schedule. Additionally, the modular design makes the equipment layout more compact and reasonable, effectively saving on-site space.

By adopting high-loading ceramic membrane technology and skid-mounted modular treatment equipment, Jiuwu provided the customer with reliable, rapid, and customized services.
