Jiuwu High Tech participated in the IE expo China 2025

On April 21st, the 26th China Environmental Expo grandly opened at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. Jiuwu Hi-Tech, located at booths C42/E42 in Hall N1, made a stunning appearance with a brand-new image. Through the upgrade of the exhibit matrix and diversified on-site activities, it created an exhibition experience full of a sense of technology and interactivity, continuously demonstrating its leading position and innovative vitality in the field of environmental protection membranes.

The Brand-New Booth Unveiled, with Core Products and Solutions All Debuted


This time, Jiuwu Hi-Tech has broken through the scale of previous exhibitions in terms of exhibit display. It is divided into the exhibit area and the Jiuwu Case Library, centrally presenting the cutting-edge membrane separation technologies and equipment applied in core fields such as industrial wastewater zero discharge, new energy services, and membrane water treatment. It covers a full range of products including ceramic membranes, organic membranes, adsorbents, and integrated equipment, comprehensively showcasing its R&D strength and industrialization achievements in the field of environmental protection membrane technology.

Organic Membranes: Independently Produced in a National Green Factory


Jiuwu Hi-Tech's organic membrane products have many years of mass production experience. Through years of iterative upgrades, three major workshops and five production lines have been successively established in the national green factory, including spiral wound membrane production line, hollow fiber columnar membrane production line, hollow fiber curtain membrane production line, non-woven tube membrane production line, and sintered tube membrane production line. They cover a wide range of application fields and are suitable for scenarios such as water and material separation and concentration in various industries.

Silicon Carbide Ceramic Membranes: The Corrosion-Resistant Pioneer in Strong Acid and Alkali Environments


The silicon carbide ceramic membranes of Jiuwu Hi-Tech are sintered at a high temperature above 2000°C. They have excellent corrosion resistance (suitable for strong acids and alkalis, including hydrofluoric acid), outstanding thermal shock resistance (low thermal expansion coefficient, resistant to sudden temperature changes), and high processing capacity (large flux, low energy consumption). Their uniform pore structure and efficient filtration performance are particularly suitable for fields such as ammonium phosphate production, powder washing, organic wastewater treatment, and catalyst recovery.

Water Treatment and Resource Utilization - The process of reusing industrial wastewater and achieving "zero discharge" in industrial wastewater adopts a combination of water treatment technologies such as in-depth pretreatment + membrane integrated concentration treatment system + high-efficiency evaporation crystallization. The "world's first set of complete demonstration project for zero discharge of pulping and papermaking wastewater" has been built, saving 40,000 tons of water per day accumulatively and 51 million tons of water per year. It won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award in 2019.


Industrial Fluid Separation - Refining and Separating Traditional Chinese Medicine. The integrated membrane technology of "microfiltration - ultrafiltration - nanofiltration - reverse osmosis" is used to transform the "solid-liquid separation, purification, and concentration" in the plant extraction/traditional Chinese medicine industry, breaking through the traditional methods of plant extraction/traditional Chinese medicine refining and separation.


Resource Utilization of Waste Gypsum - Resource Treatment of Acidic Wastewater from Titanium Dioxide Production. For the acidic wastewater generated in the sulfuric acid method titanium dioxide production process, the membrane integrated process is adopted to treat the acidic wastewater from titanium dioxide production, recovering products such as metatitanic acid, titanium dioxide, and ferrous sulfate, reducing the by-production of titanium gypsum and the usage of neutralizing agents, and achieving the resource treatment of acidic wastewater from titanium dioxide production.
New Energy Services - Lithium Extraction from Salt Lakes. Jiuwu Hi-Tech is one of the very few domestic providers that master the core materials, process technologies, and full-process services of debugging, installation, and operation of the "adsorption + membrane" method for lithium extraction from salt lakes.

At this Environmental Expo, Jiuwu Hi-Tech made a wonderful appearance with a number of "star" products and innovative solutions, attracting the attention of many industry experts, enterprise representatives, and professional audiences. Among them, the highly packed columnar ceramic membrane became the focus of the exhibition due to its significant advantages of high flux, large filtration area, and wide application scenarios. This product has been successfully applied in multiple projects in Zhoushan, Inner Mongolia, and other places, and has received unanimous praise from customers, demonstrating Jiuwu Hi-Tech's outstanding strength in membrane technology application.

During the exhibition, the technical expert team of Jiuwu Hi-Tech gave 6 informative keynote speeches and simultaneously broadcasted them live online through the official platform. From "Engineering Application Innovation of Highly Packed Ceramic Membranes" to "Technical Breakthroughs of Organic Tubular Membranes in the Treatment of High-Concentration Wastewater", from "New Membrane Method Paths for the Resource Utilization of Acid and Alkali Waste" to "Cost Optimization and Energy Efficiency Improvement of Zero Discharge Systems", the speech contents closely addressed the industry pain points of "pollution reduction and carbon emission reduction", including in-depth analysis of technical principles and sharing of practical experience in implemented projects.


The venue was packed with people, and the aisles on both sides were crowded with audiences who stopped to listen. The Q&A session was full of enthusiasm. Many enterprise representatives had in-depth discussions with experts on issues such as the zero discharge process route of coal chemical industry and the technical details of new energy material purification, forming a deep interaction of more than a thousand people both online and offline.
