This issue requires troubleshooting based on the actual situation. Currently, 90% of MBR products on the market feature reinforced fibers, making fiber breakage highly unlikely. Fiber breakage may be due to manufacturing defects, such as root degumming. This requires sample testing for verification.Alternatively, it could also be caused by prolonged exposure to strong acids, strong alkalis, oxidants, or high-temperature wastewater, leading to material aging and embrittlement. From an operational perspective, it's crucial to inspect aeration rates, TMP, and cleaning cycles to ensure they meet design standards. Furthermore, analyzing the Mixed Liquor Suspended Solid (MLSS), viscosity, and contaminants to avoid abnormal loading.
