Recently, the State Council issued the "Solid Waste Pollution Prevention and Control Action Plan". Jiuwu Hi-Tech, leveraging nearly 30 years of experience in membrane technology and supported by provincial-level or higher R&D platforms such as the National-Local Joint Engineering Research Center for Inorganic Membranes, has precisely targeted the niche market of titanium gypsum treatment. Dual-Driving Force: Membrane Integration Innovation & TiO₂ Production

Leveraging the technological advantages of the company's independently developed acid-resistant ultrafiltration and nanofiltration membranes—which offer high separation accuracy and stable performance even at sulfuric acid concentrations below 25%—a targeted treatment system has been constructed. This system efficiently separates ferrous and soluble titanium ions from acidic wastewater in the titanium dioxide industry, achieving a metal ion removal rate of over 95%, which is then recovered into the titanium dioxide production system. This not only improves the product yield for titanium dioxide companies but also enhances the grade of by-product gypsum, reduces the free water content of the gypsum, and decreases the use of neutralizing agents, thus bringing economic value to companies while reducing their titanium gypsum production.

Collaborative Synergy: Industry-Academia-Research for Technology Commercialization

This technology was certified as "internationally advanced" by an expert panel in 2021. It has successfully passed scaled-up pilot testing, and the complete set of equipment has been included in the "National Catalogue of Advanced Applicable Technologies and Equipment for Industrial Resource Comprehensive Utilization (2021)". Furthermore, it was recognized as a "Nanjing Innovative Product", laying a solid foundation for industrial-scale promotion. Notably, the "First Complete Set of Equipment for Titanium Gypsum Resource Utilization Technology" has been successfully selected into the Jiangsu Province's "Three Firsts & Two New" list (encompassing the First Set of Major Technical Equipment, the First Batch of Key New Materials, the First Edition of High-End Software, New Technologies, and New Products).

Jiuwu Hi-Tech has broken through the traditional limitation of membrane technology being primarily applied in acidic water treatment.
