At this exhibition, Jiuwu Hi-Tech showcased its full range of membrane product portfolios and mature, ready-to-deploy solutions for multiple scenarios, attracting many domestic and international customers to stop by and inquire. Throughout the exhibition, the booth was bustling with visitors, fully demonstrating the innovative breakthroughs and practical advantages of domestically developed membrane technology.

As the "pioneer of China's ceramic membrane technology," Jiuwu Hi-Tech showcased at this water exhibition a full range of membrane products, including tubular ceramic membranes, high-packing column ceramic membranes, as well as hollow fiber membranes, spiral-wound membranes, sintered tubular membranes, and non-woven tubular membranes. These products, with their excellent performance, broad adaptability, and stable operation, fully demonstrate the company's R&D strength and engineering implementation capability in the field of membrane separation.

Full-spectrum Ceramic Membrane Products: Covering All-scenario Filtration Needs

Jiuwu Hi-Tech's full range of membrane products covers multiple precision grades such as microfiltration and ultrafiltration, adapting to the treatment needs of different industries and different water qualities. Tubular ceramic membranes are Jiuwu Hi-Tech's classic products. Since successfully developing the first domestic ceramic membrane in 1997, after multiple generations of technological iteration, a mature product matrix with multiple specifications and materials has now been formed, widely used in material separation and wastewater treatment in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and chlor-alkali.

For extreme water quality containing strong corrosive substances such as hydrofluoric acid, the silicon carbide ceramic membrane exhibited by Jiuwu Hi-Tech demonstrates unique advantages. The silicon carbide material possesses extremely strong corrosion resistance, as well as high porosity and a three-dimensionally interconnected pore channel structure, with high flux and easy cleaning. It is particularly suitable for treating complex raw brine with high impurity content and strong corrosiveness, such as mine salt and lake salt, filling the material gap under extreme operating conditions.

High Quality Organic Membranes: Flexible Solutions for Diverse Water Characteristics

In addition to sintered tubular membranes, Jiuwu Hi-Tech also showcased a full range of organic membrane products including ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and reverse osmosis, as well as the "ceramic membrane + organic membrane" dual-membrane combined process solution. Jiuwu Hi-Tech is one of the few enterprises in the industry that simultaneously masters the core technologies of both ceramic membranes and organic membranes. It can flexibly match membrane material combinations according to customer water quality characteristics and treatment objectives, achieving optimal technical and economic efficiency.

Specifically, for different application fields, Jiuwu Hi-Tech has developed a full series of spiral-wound membrane products covering various molecular weights, including RO (reverse osmosis), NF (nanofiltration), UF (ultrafiltration), and MF (microfiltration), by using highly stable membrane sheets combined with advanced automated production processes. These products are widely used in industries such as beverage, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, environmental protection, and bioengineering. They not only feature a compact, dead-leg-free design that makes them more resistant to fouling, but also can adapt to the viscosity or solid content of various feed liquids by using flow channel spacers of different thicknesses, effectively reducing energy consumption while achieving good fluid conditions.

High-Packing Column Ceramic Membrane: Enhancing Space Utilization and Reshaping Water Treatment Efficiency

As a benchmark product independently developed by Jiuwu Hi-Tech, the high-packing column ceramic membrane has an effective filtration area of up to 25 square meters per single module. The filtration area of one such module is equivalent to that of 115 standard tubular ceramic membranes, greatly improving the treatment efficiency per unit space and significantly reducing equipment footprint and construction costs.

Relying on its high packing density, strong fouling resistance, and excellent chemical stability, the high-packing column ceramic membrane can be applied in scenarios such as municipal water, mine water, chlor-alkali chemical, and lithium extraction from salt lakes. In the municipal water sector, facing pain points such as algae blooms and fluctuations in source water quality, it can effectively intercept algae, bacteria, and colloids. In the 6,000 m³/d water plant renovation project on Qushan Island, Zhoushan, Zhejiang, Jiuwu Hi-Tech's high-packing ceramic membrane achieved an outstanding performance with effluent turbidity as low as 0.02 NTU, effectively removing impurities such as suspended solids, colloids, and bacteria from water, making significant improvement in municipal water supply quality.

Sintered Tubular Membrane: A Powerful Tool for Solid-Liquid Separation in Multiple Scenarios

Jiuwu Hi-Tech's sintered tubular membrane is mainly used in solid-liquid separation fields such as heavy metal removal from electroplating and circuit board wastewater, clarification of silicon wafer washing water, powder washing, fluoride and silicon removal, RO concentrate treatment, resin regeneration water treatment, and hardness removal from leachate. Its features include high flux, high tolerance to solid content, abrasion resistance, and cleaning resistance.

Taking the lithium iron phosphate washing project as an example, the sintered tubular membrane uses ultra-high molecular weight PE particles as the support body, with a PVDF high-precision separation layer coated on the inside, adopting the internal-pressure cross-flow filtration principle. Compared with traditional processes, it offers the following core advantages: high separation precision ensures efficient retention of materials, wide channels tolerate high-solid-content materials, cross-flow filtration ensures excellent washing efficiency, the unique membrane structure provides superior backwashing performance, and the compact membrane structure layout combined with an automatic control system reduces operation and maintenance costs by 60%.

From Pollution Control to Value Creation: Full-Scenario Solutions Reshaping Industrial Value

If core membrane materials are Jiuwu Hi-Tech's "hard power," then industry-specific integrated solutions based on membrane technology represent its "soft power." At this exhibition, Jiuwu Hi-Tech, focusing on application scenarios such as municipal water and industrial wastewater zero liquid discharge, vividly demonstrated how membrane technology creates both environmental and economic value for customers through live case studies, data comparisons, and process demonstrations.

Municipal Water: High-Efficiency and Energy-Saving Water Supply and Upgrading Solutions

In the municipal water sector, Jiuwu Hi-Tech has developed full-scenario solutions covering "new water plant construction, old water plant renovation, township water supply, and wastewater upgrading." For the upgrading and reconstruction needs of municipal wastewater treatment plants, Jiuwu Hi-Tech's ceramic membrane MBR process can significantly improve effluent quality without occupying additional land, achieving a leap from Class 1A to Class IV or even Class III surface water standards. The ceramic membrane modules feature strong anti-fouling capability and high tolerance to sludge concentration. Compared with traditional organic membrane MBR, the cleaning cycle is extended by more than three times, the service life is increased several times, and long-term operation and maintenance costs are lower.

Industrial Wastewater Zero Liquid Discharge: Turning "Pollution Burden" into "Resource Gold Mine"

Industrial wastewater zero liquid discharge is also a core strength area of Jiuwu Hi-Tech. Through the "multi-membrane integration + salt separation crystallization" technical route, it not only achieves full reuse of wastewater but also purifies and recovers the salts in the wastewater into industrial products, transforming wastewater from an "environmental burden" into a "resource source."

Addressing industry-specific pain points, Jiuwu Hi-Tech has also developed mature specialized solutions: For the high-concentration and difficult-to-degrade characteristics of PVA wastewater, it has developed the "chemical softening + multi-membrane integration + freeze crystallization" process. In a chemical enterprise in Anhui, it achieved the industry's first PVA wastewater zero liquid discharge while recovering sodium sulfate as a byproduct. For printing and dyeing desizing wastewater, it uses ceramic ultrafiltration membranes to concentrate and recover caustic soda and sizing agents, with water and alkali liquor directly reused in the production process, achieving source reduction. For waste nitric acid from electrode foil production, it has developed a "ceramic membrane + nanofiltration + reverse osmosis + bipolar membrane" recovery process, achieving a nitric acid recovery rate of over 90%, confirming the value of Jiuwu Hi-Tech's "resource-oriented water treatment" concept.
